Not your typical duo, downtempo act ERA C have shared their official downtempo remix for their single ‘DELIRIA’. This release was made a reality by part ERA C & Arms and Sleeper’s member Mirza Ramic, along with partner Max Lewis. ERA C also consists of producer Sofia Insua, who also forms part of the rising band Easy Easy. Together ERA C is an act to follow, they have performed alongside names like Toro Y Moi, Wax Tailor, Nightmares On Wax in recent times.

This unique collaboration is an adaptable one, tailoring their genre quirks around their respective projects is admirable. Arms and Sleepers member Max Lewis shared his fascination with the original track:  “After listening to the original song a few times, I wondered what it would sound like if it were reimagined as a song to listen to while speeding down the Pacific Coast Highway in the early evening in a convertible with the cool ocean wind combing through your hair. So, I took it on that drive and here we are.”

Like a cool breeze drifting around you on a late summer evening, this reworking latches onto one without protest. Downtempo & ambient influences collide to form a remix that takes one to a loose mental frame, where one can picture the days to follow and gently reflect on the day that has ended.
