Producers Jordan Strong and Knoe1 have teamed up to create their latest offering, a brand-new album titled The Sonic Cruiser Deluxe Pack. One the project, listeners will discover ‘Whatchu Want (feat. Afrodyete)’, a deep and funky house track, out today under Jordan Strong’s very own imprint Wave Machine Music Company. For this one, the pair recruited the help of singer Aphrodyete to add a bit of that authentic, soulful touch.

Further emphasising the track’s overall disco feel, which is noticeable from the outset, groovy drums hammer home, giving the track its sense of rolling motion. Kicks keep the 4-beat while hi-hats shimmer like a thousand little lights from a mirrored ball, reflecting across the melodic bass motif, which takes the lead right before the Saturday night fever sets in.
Not only does the album feature the zesty voice of Aphrodyete but also that of George JJ Flores. Plus, to add to the collaborative and genre-crossing melting pot, the duo Love Ammo make an appearance on the LP too. Not to mention Greg Wishon on the Bass Guitar.
