Soular Order has just had his latest track, ‘Beholder’ via City By Night Records premiered through Magnetic Mag. You can read that premiere here. The track is due to be officially released on the 20th of September, this Friday.
The track embraces crisp harmonies, with ruminative aspects of the delicate ambient balance shinning through. As such, we hear deft wind instruments shinning through, creating an airy balance which would be difficult to strike without such assistance.
The electronic producer alternates between genres, with his previous release, ‘Inhibitor’ leaning more towards the bass genre than this latest track. Creating music since 2010 under the alias of Soular Order, John Maynard has taken the time to refine his skill, rewarding the listeners who have stayed with him with a clear evolution of his sound.
“Beholder is an ambient piece about self-reflection. It was written over the course of a few days, and was what actually started the whole EP process.” – John Maynard discusses his latest release.
