The trio band KARMACODA released their latest single ‘Time’ under Sola Musa Music. The San Francisco-based, USA musicians boast a number of awards, in particular ‘Make Me The One’ video which also earned the Hermes Creative Awards (Platinum) for the ‘Lo-Fi Girl’ video. The band has expanded their creativity and tapped into their musical genius with ‘Time’.

‘Time’ contains a fusion of R&B and Pop, accompanied by skilful vocals and the leisurely beats that characterise the R&B genre. They set the pace for the entire song while the pop vocalisation imparts the track a blissful element. The vocals are placed just after the beat, resulting in the elongated pronunciation of the lyrics that give the track an effervescent quality. Like the golden sun setting on a tropical island, the song is fresh, light, and modern.

KARMACODA discusses the conceptual underpinning of the new album:  “The songs on Lessons In Time were written from reflecting on my life, looking back in time, reliving my best memories. No regrets. These songs are lessons in time. I decided it was time to tell it, not all of it, but some of the more memorable moments while resting in where I am today”.
