Indie-pop musicians Firewoodisland has gifted their fans with their second self-titled album, including their uplifting song ‘Time Reveals It All’. The blog Muze FM shared their thoughts on the single as well,  “Their latest single ‘Time Reveals It All’ will comfort the broken listener with its warm and cathartic energy, as the entire album will.”

Firewoodisland is the genius of music producer, writer, and mixer Stian Vedøy and his other half, artist and performer Abi Eleri. The duo met at university, around the year 2011 and have been inseparable ever since then. Stian is originally from Norway, which makes sense as to why they entered Norway’s Bandwagon Battle of the Bands. The duo would end up as a finalist on the show and would release their first EP titled ILD shortly after. Their latest single ‘Time Reveals It All’ feels like a warm embrace, sharing their wise and hopeful outlook on life, with the sentiment of this “this too shall pass” shining bright in this song.

The band explains the rest of the album, “We self-titled this album because we finally felt like we came home to ourselves! During the creation of Firewoodisland, we went through a major maturing season, which is apparent in the songwriting, the sound, and the artwork. We have fallen in love with orchestral instruments, strings, and horns which, blending with digital and organic instruments help us arrive at our new sound. We really love this album, it’s close to our hearts.”
