Kruder & Dorfmeister have slowly been revealing their latest album, one phenomenal single at a time. 1995, released today via G-Stone Recordings, takes listeners on a journey back in time into a smoke-laden room, filled with endless possibilities and potential.
To celebrate the album, the pair are hosting a free Virtual Release Party tonight, where fans can assume control of an avatar and explore each song that has been stylised into a room. 1995 will be available in double vinyl (180g, gatefold and download link included), CD digipack and on all digital platforms.
“It now looks, feels and sounds pretty much exactly the same as those original 10 copies did in 1995. The only thing that couldn’t be done is the original clouds of smoke those 10 copies were bathed in. That will be left to the listener to wrap it in the fresh harvest of 2020.
